Very pale, bright color. Captivating nose combines lime, iodine, stone and nut oil, with piquant suggestions of lemon thyme and pink peppercorn. Penetrating, lemon-limey and crisp, with lovely ripe acids contributing energy to the middle palate. A classic, minerally style of Genevrieres with nothing exotic about it. Finishes very long and nervy, with a flavor of powdered stone.

This is a considerable step up in elegance with its sexy, spicy, pure and classy aromas that are layered and wonderfully complex that are followed by strikingly detailed and transparent flavors that possess a positively gorgeous texture and a driving, energetic and stunningly long finish. Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest and most established wine producers. Founded in 1731 by Michel Bouchard, it is the largest vineyard owner in the Côte d’Or with 130 hectares of vines.
