Bright greenish-yellow. Slightly exotic aromas of lime, minerals and ginger. Then penetrating and vibrant, with juicy acidity intensifying the citrus and stone flavors. A densely packed and tightly coiled 2008, with more energy than its 2009 sibling. Finishes strong and long, with a lingering note of white flowers.

Expressive, fruity aromas of white peach, lime and ginger; reminded me of an Alsace riesling. Then rich and fruity in the mouth, with enticing lift and perfume, not to mention a dusty, palate-staining sappiness. At once powerful and weightless. Less elegant than the 2007 but chewy and strong.
