Denis Dubourdieu’s Clos Floridene is crisp and lively on the nose with green apple, cut grass, a touch of white peach. The palate is ripe and joyful, lovely apricot and white peach, good acidity with a harmonious, well delineated finish. Superb and likely to be good value. Tasted April 2011. Light and sweet and very delicate. Well balanced and lovely texture but just a tad sweet for me. Zesty. jancisrobinson.com
