Louis Latour owns 9.65 ha of this! Some real zest to this on the nose. Rich, even ‘buttery’ in the style of old-fashioned Meursaults! Very rich palate entry and real weight. This is clearly Grand Cru quality. I can see this being lapped up in well-heeled banqueting rooms around the globe. Early developer. Not especially persistent. So not a great Grand Cru, just a competent one. (JR)
