Tasting notes
Minerals and sinew on the nose. Easy, fluid and not that dense. But classic build. Floral. (JR)

40% Merlot, 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. Deep crimson. Dark cedary fruit with a touch of liquorice and spice. Tastes riper than many, with chalky smooth tannins and an elegant and present structure. (JH)
Dense crimson. Sample a little tired (the only one chez Joanne who take samples every two days). Thick and sweet. Very dense – much richer than most St-Estèphes. (JR)
This is a thick, rich chunky style offering a wine without much flavour definition. However the flavours are present, lurking behind the tannins. A good, well balanced wine without finesse and lightness. Jeannie Cho Lee MW asianpalate.com
