1992 Barolo Vigneto Arborina

One of the surprises in this tasting, the 1992 Langhe Arborina has aged impeccably. The flavors remain bright and focused throughout, while there is more than enough mid-palate depth and pliancy to allow the 1992 to drink well for at least another handful of years. This is a fabulous effort in a cold, rainy vintage in which many of Piedmont's top producers did not even bottle.
