Tasting notes
Bright medium red. Reticent aromas and flavors of redcurrant, black cherry, spices and mint, lifted by a floral nuance. The roundest of Hudelot's village wines today, with fresh acidity giving grip to the middle palate and the ripely tannic finish.

An earthy and distinctly somber dark berry fruit nose is trimmed in very subtle spice nuances. There is a relatively sophisticated mouth feel to the very supple mid-palate as the supporting tannins are both pliant and relatively fine-grained. I like the balance here and overall there is just a bit more depth and length. Tasted: Jan 14, 2013. Drink: 2017+
