Tasting notes
Granite soils. RS 62 g/l. Quite deep gold. Lots of evolution and just a little oiliness. One of those difficult-to-categorise half-sweet wines. Could be delightful with a rich, creamy chicken-liver mousse?

This intense wine has great ripe fruit and sweetness to go with the pear and honey flavors. There is great acidity and beautiful fruit character in a gorgeous wine that still keeps its style and freshness. — Roger Voss
Rich and just off-dry, this Riesling is very aromatic with apple blossom and lychee notes, as well as pure flavors of patisserie apple and pear, pineapple, crystallized honey and candied pink grapefruit peel. For all its richness, this is fine-textured and silky, with subtle, juicy acidity that drives the wine and keeps it lively, with a long, mouthwatering finish.
