Tasting notes
A backward, muscular wine made from 50% Merlot and the rest equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, some cedary black currant fruit along with loamy soil notes are present in this medium-bodied, moderately tannic, firmly structured wine. Give it several years of cellaring and drink it over the following 10-12 years. A member of the Alliance des Cru Bourgeois du Medoc.

Sweet blueberry fruit. Chalky firm tannins. Pretty firm, dry but youthful rather than overly tannic. (JH)
