Tasting notes
Bright red-ruby. Pure aromas of cherry, minerals and flowers. At once dense and delineated, with red berry, mineral, menthol and spicecake flavors enlivened by harmonious acidity. Rather powerful on the back end and in need of five or six years of bottle aging.

Medium ruby-red. Superripe aromas of blackberry, cassis, minerals, mint and shoe polish. Sweet, juicy and floral, with enticing inner-mouth dark berry perfume. Very bright, focused wine, lifted and extended by brisk, harmonious acidity.
