Red-ruby. Black fruits, violet and minerals on the pure nose. Dense, ripe and sweet, but with a youthful medicinal reserve to the dark berry and dark chocolate flavors. A rather serious, structured wine with good mid-palate support.

Round, seductive, nose. Sweet start and very readable. Quite forward initially and then there is quite a bit of fine tannin. Racy and lively. Finishes a little bit suddenly, but the flavours are pure enough. From vines that are just 10 years old. (JR)
