Full ruby-red. Superripe aromas of black raspberry, mocha and animal fur; slightly liqueur-like. Dense but vibrant, with notes of roast coffee and gunflint. A bit less pure than the Estournelles Saint-Jacques and Clos Saint-Jacques. Very firm finish features mounting, crisp tannins and very good length.
