Tasting notes
Ripe apple and nuts on the nose. Sweet, plump and chewy, with attractive, slightly warm apple and citrus flavors perked up by adequate acidity. Just a touch dry on the end, but this offers good fruit and can be drunk with pleasure right now.

Spice-coated nuts are found in the expressive nose of the 2003 Meursault (white). Revealing excellent depth of fruit, this medium-bodied wine unveils a buttered hazelnut-flavored personality. Supple, toasty, and persistent in the finish, it is a candidate for drinking over the next 3-4 years. Importer: Wilson-Daniels, St. Helena, CA; tel. (707) 963-9661
