Musky aromas of lime leaf, crushed stone and minerals. Juicy and spicy in the mouth, with attractive lime and floral elements giving the wine very good lift. This boasts lovely freshness and thrust, thanks to ripe, harmonious acidity. Finishes with a chewy quality.

From young vines, fourth harvest. Slightly smoky bacon nose but also mineral scented. Silky and lingering. Fine, pure, tight and fresh. (JH)
Good pale, green-tinged color. Cool aromas of lime, mint, spices and minerals; I find this more typical of the vineyard than the 2005. Rich and ripe but fresh, with a hint of pepper lifting the flavors of citrus peel, white peach, mint and flowers. Finishes firm and aromatic, with citrus and mint nuances.
