Tasting notes
Pure nose hints at orange oil and grilled nuts. Then densely packed, sweet and penetrating, with a high pitch and lovely inner-mouth perfume to the orange oil and lemon peel flavors. Finishes long, perfumed and classically dry, with excellent citric lift and energy.

Low-key nose with the merest whiff of linseed. Lots of guts on the palate. Quite showy but a flattering drink that certainly isn’t sweet in any New World way. (JR)
Fine, subtly complex nose offers citrus peel, minerals, hazelnut and a leesy nuance. Silky, fine-grained and intense, with beautifully integrated acidity framing the pungent citrus, white peach and floral flavors. At once powerful and delicate, showing a subtly palate-staining, serious back end. The star today among Boillot's 2008s in the context of its appellation.
