Sexy aromas of white flowers, truffle and citrus fruits. Precise but laid-back, with noteworthy purity and inner-mouth perfume to the flavors of lemon, lime, flowers and minerals. This may be even more concentrated than the Champ-Canet but it's not more elegant. Very rich and youthfully backward.

Deeply pitched aromas of peach, menthol, truffle and vanillin oak. Rich, lush and velvety, with full ripeness and compelling sweetness. But this structured, brooding wine is less exuberant today than the Champs-Canet. Finishes very long and solid, with slightly exotic but nervy lemon and pineapple notes and a tactile, palate-dusting minerality.
