Tasting notes
Medium red. Sexy aromas of musky strawberry, minerals, botanical herbs, smoky oak and menthol. Fat, sweet and pliant, with rich red berry and spicy soil tones joined by a perfumed note of orange on the long, dry aftertaste. Showed lovely flesh and volume initially but shut down dramatically in the glass. Forget about this one for at least several years.

Intense bright fruit, so open, but with a darker pepperiness underneath. Succulent, flavourful and elegant all at the same time. Powdery fine tannins. Lovely. (JH)
