Score 90-92/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Good saturated deep red. Explosive, wild aromas of raspberry and game. Rich, sweet and pliant, but with solid structure underneath. Very young wine, developing slowly for a 2000. Tannins are ripe and fine, and the finishing fruit really stains the palate.
