Score 91/100 · Drink 2018-2028, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Dec 2018
Roumier's 1999 Chambolle-Musigny Village is beginning to drink well, offering up an expressive bouquet of raspberry, cherry, rose petal, rich soil and potpourri. On the palate, the wine is velvety, medium full and youthful, with melting tannins and bright acids and a deep core of fruit. This is an excellent Chambolle Village that is showing very nicely after a prolonged slumber in bottle.
