Tasting notes
Strawberry scented on the nose. Delicate, fine-boned and classically scented on the palate. Refinement in a rowdy environment (ie the Vaults tasting under a railway arch). A slight herbal flavour on the very end (stems?) but this just increases the fresh length. This has definitely taken on a little flesh and achieved harmony since I last tasted it a couple of years ago. (JH)

Medium red. Ripe strawberry on the nose. Sweet and quite ripe, offering good density to its black raspberry and mineral flavors. Good texture here but I wanted a bit more verve. Softer and riper than it appeared to be from barrel last year.
Pale to mid cherry red. Sweet oak aroma. Tannins are a little prominent given the moderate fruit weight, though they are far from firm. Slight but in balance. (JH)
Very fruity and lively and rewarding, transparent. Juicy. (JR)
