Mid ruby. Gentle, evolved nose. Mint and freshness above a lot of rich fruit. But far from the most convincing Trotanoy. Dusty finish. (JR)

Notably pale. Mineral nose. Light and fleshy. At least this is balanced and graceful even if very much in a minor key. Drying finish. But long and reasonably haunting.  (JR)

Sweet and full and more flattering than most. Nice in the vintage lights. Broad. (JR)

Moderately saturated medium red. Subtly sweet aromas of maraschino cherry, iron and minerals. Suave on entry, then sweet, supple and fine-grained, with captivating, somewhat cool red berry, floral and smoky oak flavors. Not a powerful or hugely deep style, but floral and classy. Finishes with firm tannins that avoid dryness.
