Very, very big and round and definitely old. A senior citizen. Reminds me of that period and the old champagnes I tasted then. Like buckwheat. Definitely old – the most mature of this set. But charming and a great pleasure to drink. Not desperately dark (reminiscent of the ‘89). The first very hot year of the current era. (JR)
