Score 91/100 · Drink 2025-2038, Jane Anson, Inside Bordeaux, Sep 2024
Rich and ripe brambled fruits, on the precipice of tertiary aromatics and flavours, this is totally ready to drink, showing waves of campfire, leather, old books, liquorice, mint leaf and sea spray, with a soft uplift on the finish. The tannins are a little smudged but fully integrated, and there is plenty to enjoy here. 40% new oak for ageing.

Lifted, dark fruit with a leafy note. Fleshy and forward in style. Drink 2014-2020

Rich and round, with good fruit, but a little vegetal in character. Tasted twice, with consistent notes
