Tasting notes
Last vintage was 2012. Tasted blind. Blackish shaded crimson. Gentle, pleasing, sweet but pretty ripe-to-overripe nose. Some heat and sweetness on the end. Very hot finish. (JR)

The reticent aromas need coaxing before showing their earthy, floral, cigar box and plum character. On the palate, the wine is structured to age, finishing with a mouthful of fresh, black cherries.
Floral, not that concentrated but very perfumed. Sweet start and a little soft but with lots of pleasure. Very drying finish. (JR)
A wine, with a deep nose of blueberries, blackberries, dark chocolate, nutmeg and vanilla bean. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a beautiful depth of fruit. Very attractive texture to this wine. Try in 2017.
