Score 89/100 · Drink 1994-2014, Robert Parker, Feb 1994
One of two terrific efforts from the Domaine de Chevalier, the 1991 reveals excellent fruit, an intense, mineral, oaky fruitiness, medium body, and tremendous length. The wine, which is already beginning to close up, explodes on the back of the palate, so this is one white wine that will keep for several decades. Even in light vintages, Domaine de Chevalier's white wines can last for 15-20 years.
