Light nose but tightly wound and dense. Just the merest suggestion of glucose tablets on the nose. Very sweet start – too much – but good, dense, ripe fruit. Not the finest but there is lots of current pleasure here. (JR)

Definitely greenish gold. Lively, zappy, citrus nose. Sweet, perfumed palate that is still slightly raw. Definite astringence on the finish. (JR)
