Saturated purple. Deep, lush and sweet on the nose, with powerful scents of creme de mure, cassis, boysenberry, dark plum and violet. Then elegant and poised on the palate, showing great sweetness of dark fruit and impressive structure, with lively acidity adding focus. Finishes lush, concentrated and long, with dramatic flavors of boysenberry and blackberry liqueur. While there are tannins here, they're folded completely into the wine's huge fruit.
