Bright, deep red. Highly perfumed aromas of raspberry, cocoa powder, mint and cumin. At once sweet and sharply delineated, with a distinctly high pitch and a light touch to the flavors of dark berries, dusty spices and flowers. Particularly explosive on the back half, finishing with steadily building flavor and firm tannins that reach the front teeth. This one makes the Beaux-Monts look oaky by comparison.
