Good red-ruby. Aromas of black fruits, dark chocolate, licorice, menthol and minerals. Sweeter and more flavorful than the Beaux Monts on entry, with less of that wine's vegetal qualities, then cut off on the back by firm tannins. A bit tough but there's very good fruit here. Finishes with good high-toned complexity.
