Bright medium ruby. Black cherry and cocoa powder on the nose. Lush, silky and sweet, with lovely thickness and suave texture; cherry and redcurrant flavors. Then a bit firmer and less round on the finish than the Echezeaux ("more physical" is how Grivot describes it).
