Tasting notes
The 2010 Hosanna, with its aromatics of blackberries, plums, violets and cedar, is a generous full-bodied wine with grace and restraint but fantastic length. This wine is always among my favourites to taste in Pomerol and every year it is consistently complex and elegant, the spices and floral character adding a wonderful dimension to the fruit. This wine will age and evolve for decades. asianpalate.com

Hosanna Deep ruby in color, the wine is filled with chocolate, boysenberry, floral and truffle scents. Full bodied, rich and silky in texture, the wine ends with a luscious chocolate covered cherry and spice finish. winecellarinsider.com
Incredibly perfumed, with flowers and berries. A full bodied wine, with silky tannins and a bright and fruity finish. Not the weight of the Lafleur Petrus, but beautiful. jamessuckling.com
Maintains the consistency established with the first vintage in 1999. Dense, full, savoury - exudes depth and power. Plenty of vigour. Attractive fruit. Long, firm finish. Drink 2020-2040. James Lawther, decanter.com
About the producer

Château Hosanna is a relatively young wine label in Pomerol, but one with some of the richest heritage in the entire region. It couldn’t be better situated with Château Lafleur to the north, Vieux Château Certan to the south and flanked on either side by Pétrus and Château Lafleur-Pétrus.
