The superb aromatics of the 2002 Chassagne-Montrachet Caillerets reveal butter cookies, almonds, anise, and toast. This intense, sappy, deep, plush wine is concentrated and complex. Its gorgeous flavors are reminiscent of tree resin, poached, spiced pears, and rocks. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2015. Maison Louis Latour has a different importer in each state.
