Lashings of oak, reductive slate and flint – very trendy, lean and lithe. Mouthwatering. Zing! (RH)

Lieu-dit next to les Enseignères. Lemon and lime freshness. Really zesty – clementine skin. Slightly and attractively reductive on the palate – quite oaky on the palate but the fruit can take it. Much better density than many. (JH)

Good bright, pale color. Aromatic nose combines white peach and white flowers. Juicy, spicy and vibrant, with excellent acidity and a taut mineral character giving cut and definition to the mid-palate. Finishes long and perfumed, with an impression of firm acidity. These vines were picked toward the end, and the wine is 13.2% alcohol without chaptalization, according to Pillot.
