Score 90-93/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Riper, gamier aromas of black raspberry and pungent oak spice. Thicker and more layered in the mouth, with notes of dark berries, roast coffee and smoked meat. Very long, sweet and rich on the finish, with substantial but lush tannins. Amazingly complete for a village wine.
