Leafy nose but not very inviting. Cedary on the palate and on the lean and unforgiving side. Rather hard work. (JH)

Lightish crimson. Sweet, light, simple. The balance is fine but I can't see any excitement. This would be a very good Haut-Médoc but there's not much Margaux character. (JR)

Offers some good fruit, with fresh herb and berry character. Medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a medium finish. Score range: 86-89. James Suckling,Wine Spectator 2009.
