Tasting notes
This property continues to make fine wines that deserve greater recognition in the marketplace. The 1995 reveals a sweet, open-knit, attractive, weedy, blackcurrant-scented nose backed up by smoky, vanillin-scented new oak. Juicy, succulent, tasty, and mouthfilling, this is an elegant red Graves for drinking over the next 7-8 years. The 1994 and 1995 are very fine wines that consumers have yet to discover. All of the wines in this segment were tasted between March 19 and March 28 in Bordeaux. Most of the important wines from both the 1994 and 1995 vintages were tasted three separate times during my ten-day stay in Bordeaux.
