Thick crimson, sumptuous and rich nose. Very, very exciting and pleasing. Maybe not for very long term but there's a great deal of pleasure here. (JR)

Ruby-red. Roasted strawberry, minerals, smoke and spices on the nose, along with a note of iron. Sweet, sturdy and fruit-driven, with good ripe acidity. Very typical Nuits-Saint-Georges. Finishes with fine tannins and sweet oak.
