Tasting notes
The 2011 Bourgogne Blanc has a waxy nose with chalk notes and something I did not discern previous, a hint of Turkish Delight. The palate is soft on the entry with red apples and nectarine, quite phenolic with a toffee apple at the finish. Drink soon.

The 2011 Bourgogne Chardonnay impresses for its superb breadth, volume and persistence. Almond, lemon and white flowers develop in the glass, but the 2011 is mostly about texture and balance. In 2011, Pierre Morey's Bourgogne is irresistibly delicious.
A very pretty and well-layered nose features notes of apple, green tea and soft floral nuances. There is good vibrancy to the solidly voluminous flavors that possess a cool and restrained finish that delivers good if not truly distinguished depth and persistence. Tasted: Jun 11, 2013. Drink: 2015+
