Tasting notes
This debut release, made with the assistance of the well-known Bordeaux oenologist Professor Denis Dubourdieu, exhibits pure blackberry and cherry fruit intermixed with some subtle wood and licorice. The wine has sweet tannin, medium to full body, low acidity, and a long and nicely textured finish. It is a sleeper of the vintage. Anticipated maturity: 2006-2015.
