Deep ruby. Red- and blackcurrant aromas are complemented by notes of cocoa powder, pipe tobacco, vanilla and cracked pepper. Lush but lively, offering intense dark fruit flavors and suggestions of cola and mocha. Dusty tannins build with air and add grip to the long, penetrating finish. This wine should age slowly.
