Tasting notes
The 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 407 exhibits a dense, dark plum/purple color, a sweet, chocolatey, cassis-scented nose, medium to full body, tart acidity, moderate tannin, and plenty of depth and richness. The wine is slightly rustic, as well as mouthfilling and savory. It should drink well for 6-7 years. This winery continues to turn out an insipid selection of white wines, but the reds are all noteworthy, and some are reasonably good values.
