Red-ruby. Ripe, liqueur-like aromas of raspberry, roast coffee, Cuban tobacco and smoked meat. Very rich in the mouth, with lovely inner mouth flavors similar to the aromas. The sweetest and ripest of these '97s. Finishes with rich, dusty tannins. Quite gentle for a Rugiens from this estate.
