FINE+RARE, Apr 2020
Wonderfully rich earthy, spice-led Pommard with great concentration of black cherry and black plum fruit and an additional savoury complexity. The wine has the structure you would expect of a Pommard but with an additional plushness of fruit from this ripe vintage adding further depth and dimension to the wine. The tannins are beautifully interwoven and fine. The chalky minerality on the finish adds great energy and freshness.
