Pale straw color. Subtly complex nose melds lime, pear, spring flowers, mint and crushed stone. The palate offers excellent density and extract, with an enticing subtle sweetness to its fruit and mineral flavors. There's an almost oily texture here but no heaviness thanks to very good acidity. A very serious and dry wine with a compellingly vibrant finish that displays sneaky persistence. This is young but I find it even easier to taste today than the Caillerets.
