Mouthwatering freshness. Elegant with a slight chalkiness on the texture. (Sample very cold.) (JH)

Pale, green-tinged color. Reticent aromas of peony and mint. Juicy, pure and tightly wound, with subtle hints of citrus peel, minerals and mint. Not yet particularly rich or expressive. In fact, this very young wine is quite firm-edged on the finish.
