A strong effort from this tiny property on the edge of the Margaux appellation in Cantenac, the 2010 is 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot. It is a deep wine with terrific fruit intensity, loads of black currants, licorice, plum and floral notes. Its medium to full-bodied texture and impressive purity and length make for an impressive, reasonably priced wine to drink over the next decade.
