Red-ruby. Musky aromas of black raspberry, licorice and roast coffee. Bright, tight and primary, with excellent definition to the black fruit flavors. As penetrating as this is, it also displays the essential silkiness of the year. Like the Beaux-Monts, this offers excellent aging potential.

Deep ruby-red. Urgent, primary aromas of crushed blackberry, minerals and stone. Juicy, pure and imploded, with terrific intensity and definition to the fruit and mineral flavors. Conveys a strong impression of terroir and finishes with a whiplash of flavor. Very seamless wine, with impressive volume and length.
