Score 90/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous
Deep red. Perfumed aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, rose petal, mace and nutmeg. Pure, bright and nicely focused, with modest flesh and sweetness but lovely, floral inner mouth aromatics. Rather high-pitched owing to firm but harmonious acidity. Penetrating and long on the aftertaste. A very pretty pinot that should soften somewhat with a year or two of additional bottle aging.
