Tasting notes
Tasted blind. Pale straw. Fresh, quite steely varietal nose with some evolution but no decay. Very sprightly and still youthful on the palate. Dances on the palate. And follows up with amazing length. (JR)

Very fine and very concentrated with real sleekness and confidence and just a tad more opulent fruit than I remember from some of the more austere recent vintages. Just effortlessly classic. Such tension. Fantastic. (JR)
The 2012 Polish Hill Riesling has an expressive nose replete with very ripe and seductive, warm apples and green mango aromas intermingled with frangipani, soursop and honeydew. Opulent in the mouth, it is youthfully tight though, like the nose, it already has an expressive character and is finishing long. Though approachable now, it should drink best from 2015 to 2026+.
