Tasting notes
The wet year! Very pale greenish straw. Juicy and refined. Already approachable, even enjoyable. Something just a little chewy on the end. Vibrant and cool. (JR)

Very fresh and pointed on the nose. Good ripe fruit. Very firm, lots of extract. Very slight bitterness on the finish but very complete. I thought it a Grosse Gewächse blind. (JR)
The 2011 Polish Hill Riesling offers pretty, pronounced lime juice and green apple aromas with touches of chalk, orange blossom and yeast. Light bodied, very crisp and dry with a good amount of citrus and mineral flavors in the mouth, it finishes long and zesty. Approachable now, it should keep to 2021+.
